We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative over the age of 21 to provide excellent customer service for our business. Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Credential required for immediate hire. Ability to obtain a credential for hiring delay. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Proper Age Verification of all customers entering store
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Troubleshoot issues with merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Loss Prevention
- Assist with creating content for social media accounts
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
Skills
- Experience in the vapor industry as well as cbd, tobacco and cannabis culture is a plus but not required
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process and capability of learning Point of Sale system as well as computer knowledge including but not limited to microsoft office, quickbooks, etc
- Have a neat, clean and mature appearance
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments, stand for long intervals. Some lifting is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts - evenings and weekends are required
- High school diploma
- Drivers License and transportation required
- Be punctual You must be on time all the time.
