Job Description
LD Remodeling LLC is a locally owned residential remodeling company serving Middle Tennessee, specializing in kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and home improvement projects.
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Lead Remodeler to join our team.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, manages their time effectively, and is comfortable working independently while leading a helper. This position requires someone who is not only skilled in remodeling but also friendly, professional, and confident communicating directly with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on residential remodeling and renovation work.
- Lead and provide direction to a remodeling helper.
- Manage daily tasks and time effectively to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners throughout the project.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude on every job site.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and presentable for work each day.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate project progress, material needs, and potential issues to management.
- Identify and address issues as they arise.
- Assist with material pickups, deliveries, and job site preparation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized and productive.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, respectful, and comfortable interacting directly with clients.
- Professional appearance and demeanor when arriving at and working in clients' homes.
- Ability to work independently and provide direction to another crew member.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of residential remodeling work.
Preferred Experience
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Experience leading or supervising another crew member.
Work Location
Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle and be responsible for transportation to and from job sites in Murfreesboro, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Pay based on experience.
- Work performed at various residential job sites throughout Middle Tennessee.
