Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Janitors(Independent Contractor, All supplies provided) for several weekend accounts(Friday & Saturday) and one 5 day account in the St. Charles and St. Peters area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in both commercial and residential settings.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Handle custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas following safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to janitorial services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
