LCS is actively pursuing Training Specialists to teach our employees and customers exciting new features in Rent Manager. Our customers rely on Rent Manager to run their businesses and they rely on our employees to guide them with best practices. Every day will bring a new challenge as you develop training content, interview subject matter experts, deliver live classes for employees, and conduct webinars for our customers. Essential Functions
- Become an expert in the Rent Manager Product
- Become an expert in our customers and their respective industries
- Develop clear and succinct training content that explains how to properly use Rent Manager
- Create meaningful activities, tests and assessments that help learners understand the real-world application of program features
- Use Camtasia Studio to create training videos that can be deployed to Rent Manager University
- Create customized databases for presentations and hands-on training sessions
- Deliver impactful online and in-person training to employees and customers
Eligible Qualifications
- The ability to learn new things quickly
- Proven ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work without supervision
- Familiarity with technical tools (GoToMeeting, TurboMeeting, Remote Desktop)
- Experience with Camtasia Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Work templates
