Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Lawrence / Indianapolis (hybrid eligible after training)

As a Client Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice of LCS and the first impression of our 7-Star service. Your role plays a crucial part in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients and supporting our technician team.


What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and care (up to two phone lines).
  • Manage, maintain, and grow our HVAC maintenance memberships.
  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to our existing client base.
  • Complete technician follow-ups and ensure clients receive clear next steps.
  • Provide consistent and proactive communication with clients and the team.
  • Support smooth daily operations through accurate documentation and workflow management.

Prior HVAC office experience is not required.

However, you must be comfortable with:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Professional email communication
  • Typing and basic computer skills
  • Experience with software systems is a plus but not required — we will train you.


Schedule & Work Environment

This is an in-office position Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM.

A hybrid schedule may be possible after training and successful onboarding. Training requires several months in person to learn workflows, understand the role, and build trust with the team.
