What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at LCS Heating & Cooling?
Compensation: $20–$25/hr performance bonus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Lawrence / Indianapolis (hybrid eligible after training)

As a Client Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice of LCS and the first impression of our 7-Star service. Your role plays a crucial part in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients and supporting our technician team.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and care (up to two phone lines).
- Manage, maintain, and grow our HVAC maintenance memberships.
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to our existing client base.
- Complete technician follow-ups and ensure clients receive clear next steps.
- Provide consistent and proactive communication with clients and the team.
- Support smooth daily operations through accurate documentation and workflow management.

Prior HVAC office experience is not required.
However, you must be comfortable with:
- Microsoft Office
- Professional email communication
- Typing and basic computer skills
- Experience with software systems is a plus but not required — we will train you.
This is an in-office position Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM.
A hybrid schedule may be possible after training and successful onboarding. Training requires several months in person to learn workflows, understand the role, and build trust with the team.
