How You’ll Contribute
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive management for enhancing projects, ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented by forming specialized evaluation and implementation teams.
- Develop business cases for capital and operational initiatives.
- Support various Transmission departments through the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Develop and deliver creative, data-driven insights and problem-solving solutions tailored for a senior leadership and executive-level audience.
- Participate in cross-departmental solution development for strategic issues
- Be onsite at LCRA TSC headquarters at least two days per week
- Six or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Experience in visualization and reporting tools, i.e. Oracle DV, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience with an Enterprise level budgeting tool, such as Anaplan
