How You’ll Contribute
- Deploy and maintain LTE network infrastructure and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable optimizations.
- Partner with cross-functional RF, software, and test engineering groups to streamline project delivery timelines.
- Diagnose and resolve issues by collaborating closely with vendors, engineering teams and customers.
- Guide and support engineering teams through build and integration phases, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to rollout scalable network solutions.
- Five or more years of experience in one or more of the following networking technologies: WAN, MPLS, LAN, Route/Switch, DWDM, RF/Microwave Radio, 700/900MHz Trunked Radio (LMR) and/or LTE, fiber splicing or other relevant experience
- A degree(s) in related field or industry professional-level certification may be substituted for certain years of experience.
- Driver's License
- Certification in LTE technologies or network management.
- Experience with automation testing.
- Knowledge of network security protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization.
