Dispatcher

LCP Transportation, LLC, established in 1998, is a leading provider of non-emergency transportation solutions. Partnering with national MCOs and HMOs, LCP focuses on Medicaid transportation, transportation brokering, and utilization management reporting. As a single-source provider, LCP offers scheduling and dispatching, transportation management, utilization management, and quality assurance. LCP supports Medicaid Managed Care Programs by providing automated scheduling, encounter billing, and administrative support for transportation providers.

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Dispatcher will manage day-to-day transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching non-emergency transportation services. Responsibilities include monitoring transportation routes, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient transport service for clients. The Dispatcher will also handle customer service inquiries and collaborate with other team members to improve transportation processes and efficiency.

• Experience in scheduling and dispatching
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in using transportation management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in non-emergency medical transportation or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation management is advantageous
