Duration: 3-month contract
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
Location: Onsite – Maplewood, MN (schedule TBD; morning availability preferred)
We are seeking a SharePoint & Engineering Process Portal Specialist to design and build a global Engineering SharePoint site that will serve as a centralized hub for Project Engineers, Project Engineering Managers, Plant Operations, Engineering Systems & Technology, and Business teams.
This portal will function as a “one-stop shop” to support adherence to Capital Engineering processes, standards, and expectations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and structure a global Engineering SharePoint site with multiple pages and intuitive navigation.
- Create and organize content to support Capital Engineering workflows and governance standards.
- Develop and link Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) within the SharePoint environment.
- Build process documentation and flowcharts to clearly illustrate engineering workflows and procedures.
- Integrate Power BI dashboards to display critical engineering and operational metrics.
- Ensure the site is user-friendly, structured, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience building and configuring SharePoint sites (SharePoint Online preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience creating process flowcharts (Visio or similar tools).
- Experience integrating or embedding Power BI dashboards into SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
