Position: E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
Type: Full-Time, In Office
Position Summary: LCI Paper Company, a growing e-commerce specialty paper and printing company, is looking for a hard-working, creative, and detailed-oriented digital marketing professional to support its marketing efforts. We are a small company, and sometimes our team members wear a lot of hats! Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following.
Responsibilities:
- Design for print and web – Creation and manipulation of graphics for website, emails and social, as well as creation of sample invitations and printed collateral
- Social media – Manage social media channels including post creation, engagement and responses to customer comments and inquiries
- Email – Assist in brainstorming ideas and creation of marketing emails
- Product photography – Take, edit, and/manipulate product photos for website, emails and social
- Product additions and updates – Assist in adding and updating products throughout the LCIPaper.com website and other sales channels, including product images, descriptions, long-form content and category placement
- Website updates - Assist in updating text, imagery, graphics, meta data, and more throughout the website and blog
- Customer service – Assist in responding to customers’ emails from various sales channels
- Trade shows – Attendance and assistance in creation of marketing collateral for trade shows and events
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Required: Candidate must have experience in:
- Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop (Premier an added bonus)
- MS Excel
- Basic SEO
- Basic HTML
- Graphic design for print and web
- DSLR photography
- Copy writing
Skills Preferred:
- E-commerce experience
- WordPress or other CMS
- Knowledge of paper, stationery and digital printing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
