About the Role
LCH is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare facilities safe, functional, and running smoothly. This role supports daily operations through maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general upkeep)
- Complete work orders and conduct facility inspections
- Troubleshoot issues (alarms, leaks, outages) with minimal disruption
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors
- Support minor construction and facility improvements
- Maintain equipment logs and schedules
- Ensure sites are clean, safe, and accessible (including snow removal)
- Support safety compliance and emergency procedures
Additional Details
- Must be able to perform physical work
- Some after-hours or emergency availability required

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience (commercial or multi-site preferred)
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with OSHA/safety standards
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office)
- Valid driver’s license (PA, MD, or DE)
Preferred
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience
- Trade certification or vocational training
