Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oxford, PA, for a Director of Finance. The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning and management of LCH’s resources to ensure fiscal health and sustainability. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, developing and implementing budgets, and providing strategic financial insights. The Director will collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and align financial operations with the organization's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Proven ability to lead financial strategies in a complex, mission-driven organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA designation is preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in nonprofit or healthcare financial management is a plus
