What are the responsibilities and job description for the ISO Relationship Manager position at LCF Group?
The LCF Group, Inc. (located in New Hyde Park, NY) is an established MCA direct funder. We provide funding to small businesses in the form of a merchant cash advance. We purchase their future receivables and are repaid via daily ACH debits or a percentage of their credit card sales. We have been in business since 2011 and are growing rapidly. We fund businesses in all 50 states via our referral partners and strategic partners - ISOs, brokers, banks, and other financial companies and affiliate partners. We are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our team of ISO Relationship Managers to provide excellent customer service, sales and assist our partners.

ISO Relationship Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service to our partners and responding to any questions or requests
- Answering new partnership inquiries from prospective partners and assessing if they meet company standards for partnership
- Communicating feedback back and forth between LCF underwriters and our partners to customize funding options on a case by case basis
- Updating company CRM software
- Monitoring KPIs and communicate with partners to achieve targets
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
ISO Relationship Manager Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - this position receives constant phone calls and emails requiring quick responses
- Excellent computer skills - we are a paperless office. Must be comfortable working on a computer all day.
- 2 or more years in account management, customer service, and/or sales in banking, lending, merchant cash advance, factoring, or other financial services.
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
- Must be a team player! With the ability to work independently.
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
Hours of Operation: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
