We are skilled in a full range of tree and land projects — from tree trimming, removals, hedge trimming, stump grinding, land/fire clearing, and arborist consultations.
OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tree Health Care Technician to join the team. In this role, you will help treat and maintain the health of trees and shrubs across residential and commercial properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply treatments including fertilizers, pesticides, and soil care solutions
- Identify diseases, pests, and environmental stress factors
- Operate and maintain equipment such as sprayers and injection tools
- Communicate with clients about tree care recommendations
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines
- Maintain accurate service records
SKILLS EXPECTATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Prior experience in landscaping, arboriculture, or tree care
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of tree species and common diseases
- Experience with chemical applications or certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
