A locally owned and operated bank group in the growing Flathead Valley is hiring for their Whitefish branch. They are committed to creating an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment. The ITM Banking Specialist serves as the primary Interactive Teller Machine operator while supporting a variety of retail banking functions. This position provides exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels, assists with account servicing and digital banking, processes transactions, and identifies opportunities to recommend banking solutions.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, email, and ITM channels while consistently applying the bank’s 7-Step Sales Process to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing, loan and credit card payments, wires, foreign currency, cashier’s checks, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Operate, troubleshoot, and monitor Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), including cash fills, maintenance coordination, ATM balancing, and daily virtual cash drawer reconciliation
• Assist customers with digital banking, debit cards, account maintenance, transaction research, reconciliations, and routine account-opening and servicing needs
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, BSA/AML requirements, regulatory standards, confidentiality, and required training while resolving transaction discrepancies and customer concerns
• Support daily branch operations, including opening/closing, mail and document processing, notary services, change orders, night deposits, and community events; provide coverage at other bank locations as needed
