The Corporate Controller, CPA required, is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations, including reporting, internal controls, cash management, and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information while developing and enforcing sound accounting policies and procedures. The Controller also serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing financial insight to support growth, manage risk, and drive overall organizational performance.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen financial integrity
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting with external partners and agencies.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership or Controller role
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and fiscal compliance standards
- Proficient in NetSuite or similar accounting software; experience with CRM and analytics tools preferred
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Frequent travel to Missoula, MT is required
