We are a growing low-voltage contractor specializing in structured cabling, access control, surveillance systems, and audio-visual integration. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations and project teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and company calendars
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records
  • Assist with project coordination and work order tracking
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and field staff
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain organized filing systems and company records
  • Assist with Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax
  • Assist with the Certified Payroll and Time Card/ Monthly Payroll

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Experience in construction, low-voltage, or service industries is a plus

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
