We are a growing low-voltage contractor specializing in structured cabling, access control, surveillance systems, and audio-visual integration. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and company calendars
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records
- Assist with project coordination and work order tracking
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and field staff
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records
- Assist with Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax
- Assist with the Certified Payroll and Time Card/ Monthly Payroll
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience in construction, low-voltage, or service industries is a plus
