Job Summary:
We are looking for an Online Product Listing Assistant to join our team and be responsible for listing our products on various online platforms such as eBay, Facebook
Marketplace, and more. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in product listing and online marketplaces. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and plenty of opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Process inventory and categorize to maximize recovery.
- Create and maintain product listings on various online platforms, including eBay.
- Write clear and compelling product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Upload high-quality product images, ensuring they meet platform requirements.
- Monitor product listings regularly and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage inventory levels and pricing to ensure products are competitive in the marketplace.
- Identify opportunities to optimize listings to increase sales and visibility.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends and best practices in product listing.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling product descriptions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Experience in using online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
- Knowledge of SEO and best practices in online product listing and optimization is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in a dynamic marketplace.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willing to work in an air-conditioned warehouse environment.
