Job Title: Product Developement
Employment Type: Full-Time & On-site
Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
Position Summary:
We are seeking a junior-level, creative and detail-oriented Product Development Associate to support both product development and social media efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in apparel, bags, or accessories and wants hands-on experience across product creation and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development Support:
- Assist with trend research and concept development
- Support seasonal product planning and organization
- Help manage the sampling process and track prototypes
- Assist with costing and coordination with vendors
- Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams
Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Assist in managing and posting on social media (Instagram, etc.)
- Help create content showcasing products and behind-the-scenes processes
- Support marketing initiatives and brand storytelling
- Track engagement and help identify content trends
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience or strong internship experience in product development, fashion, or related field
- Interest in apparel, accessories, or promotional products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
