This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will support a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance. Daily responsibilities include managing employee records, coordinating training programs, administering benefits, and providing guidance on HR-related queries. The HR Generalist will also contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and assist in implementing HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee engagement
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws
- Experience in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as general computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required
- Experience in a healthcare or nonprofit organization is a plus
