Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sterilizer Field Service Technician located in East Rutherford, NJ. The Sterilizer Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sterilizers and washers at customer facilities. This role also includes service to equipment, installing new equipment, supporting controller upgrades, performing warranty service, and equipment relocations. Additionally, the technician will maintain logs of service activities, follow safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sterilizers and washers
- Must have a clean drivers license
- Ability to maintain service logs and follow safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Relevant certifications and technical training in sterilizer maintenance and repair
