Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meeting
- sServe as a point of contact for internal teams and external partner
- sAssist with project coordination and ensure timely follow-up on action item
- sSupport operational activities across the business, stepping in where needed to keep things running smoothl
- yBack up the Bookkeeper by assisting with basic financial tasks such as data entry, invoice tracking, and reconciliation as neede
- dHandle a mix of in-office tasks and hands-on support, making this a role that goes beyond sitting behind a des
- kReview, validate, and process team member expenses in the online system, and support expense categorization and tracking as needed
- .Support internal and external events, office functions, and special initiatives
- .Provide general office management support, including mailings, errands, meal reservations, catering coordination, office supplies and snack ordering, and greeting guests
.Qualification
- s5 years of experience supporting busy executives or senior leadership
- .Experience supporting small payroll processes
- .Self-starter with excellent organizational skill
- sAbility to manage confidential employee information with discretio
- nStrong communication and interpersonal skill
- sAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environmen
- tProficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
