Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
- 4-5 years of direct accounting experience, including reconciliations, general ledger, and close processes.
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact on a company audit.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), with experience handling high-volume data.
- Prior experience in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment preferred.
- Strong GL knowledge and working knowledge of US GAAP, with a high degree of accuracy in reconciliations and reporting.
- Resourceful and independent, adapting quickly to new systems and processes with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with auditors and other departments.
