About the Role:
LBM Solutions is hiring a Sub Coordinator to support our petition campaign in the St. Petersburg area. This is a short-term, high-impact role ideal for someone organized, dependable, and ready to lead a small team of petition circulators.
You’ll be responsible for managing circulator logistics, onboarding, and compliance, as well as scanning and submitting completed petitions. This is a hands-on, field-based role with light administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight & Support Coordinate with circulators to collect completed petitions
- Provide basic onboarding and training support
- Distribute materials (badges, petitions) via local print shops (e.g., Office Depot)
- Document Handling & Submission Use a provided scanner and your own laptop/computer to scan petitions
- Upload scanned petitions to our backend system
- Drop off physical petitions at a designated local office
- Compliance & Onboarding Ensure circulators are registered with the State of Florida (training provided)
- Assist with background check coordination
- Maintain accurate logs of circulator activity and submissions
Requirements:
- Must be (or become) a registered petition circulator in Florida, 1 hour application process
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to transport petitions to local office. and access to a laptop or computer
- Comfortable using a scanner (provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior team leadership or coordination experience is a plus
Compensation:
- $700–$1,000 per week, depending on experience and workload
- 4-week contract with potential for extension
