JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is a fast-growing, multi-surface stone and solid surface fabrication facility serving the New England and the Northeast. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the trade and their craftsmanship to join our team of experienced fabricators. Preferably, the right candidate will have experience wet polishing stone but we will also train the right candidate who really appreciates craftsmanship and can also work productively, efficiently and can accomplish assigned projects within set timeframes.

Primary duties include:
- Install custom counter-tops for residential and commercial projects -counter-tops comprised of natural stone, quartz, or solid surface.
- Read and interpret job specifications and instructions.
- Regularly lift and move 200 pounds with assistance
- Ensure all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with other staff to complete and improve the quality of projects in order to save time and eliminate waste.
- Perform various installation and fabrication techniques.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, clean organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 2 years experience or related ideal but not required. Will train the right individual.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers/team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
