Summary We’re introducing a local team in LTC who will provide services to the Groups UK based RFB (Group Process Office). This office plays a central role in enabling consistent, governed, and data-driven process management across the organisation. This role will provide technical expertise across Business Process Intelligence (BPI) capability, including BPMN modelling standards, process mining, task mining and supporting SaaS tooling platforms. Working under the direction of the UK team, the role will support the application and adoption of process modelling standards and process intelligence capability. The role will ensure tooling, standards and guardrails are applied consistently and support Business Units to improve process quality, insight and decision-making. The LTC colleague(s) will deliver services that support high-quality, standardised process modelling practices and actionable process insight, enabling improved operational performance and control across the Group. Job Description Working under the direction of the RFB UK Operation, this role involves supporting the delivery of Business Process Intelligence tooling, standards and services across the Group. The role applies technical expertise to BPMN modelling, process mining and SaaS platforms, ensuring processes are modelled correctly and aligned to defined standards and guardrails. The role works closely with UK partners to support delivery priorities, helping to identify improvement opportunities and contributing to capability development and maturity. The role operates and configures process intelligence tooling, supporting platform stability, performance and effective adoption across the organisation. The role collaborates with Business Units, Platforms, Technology and Control functions to support consistent application of process intelligence practices The role supports the development of modelling standards and governance approaches and ensures tooling operates in line with risk, control and regulatory expectations. The role contributes to maintaining alignment between modelling standards, tooling configuration and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support the prioritisation and delivery of the technical backlog for BPI capability, aligning to business value and risk Apply BPMN modelling standards and support consistent process modelling practices across the Group Create and validate end-to-end process models to support understanding, configuration and quality assurance Provide support and guidance to users to help them model processes correctly in line with defined standards Support interpretation of process mining and task mining outputs to identify insights and improvement opportunities Support the configuration and administration of SaaS-based process tooling platforms Contribute to control activities, ensuring documentation and audit evidence is maintained Identify and raise risks, issues and constraints to support effective decision-making!
