You will provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across invoice processing, vendor management, payments, controls, and reporting. You will play a key leadership role in strengthening financial governance, improving cost efficiency, and embedding best practices across AP, AR, and T&E processes. Job Description Level: Grade E Manager Function: Finance - LTC Finance (AP/AR/Expenses) Location: Hyderabad Technology Centre Skills & Experience 8–15 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or P2P, ideally in a GCC or shared services environment Strong leadership experience managing AP, AR and Expenses teams. Excellent knowledge of AP, AR and Expenses policies, accounting principles, and month‑end processes Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, ideally with Power BI exposure Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems High attention to detail, judgment, and problem‑solving ability We're Lloyds Technology Centre*, a tech and data company located in Hyderabad, India.
