Job Description Role: Cloud Compliance Dev Ops Engineer Experience: 9-15 years Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full Time Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the continuous software delivery platform. - Architect and implement robust end-to-end software delivery pipelines, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure effective integration of CI/CD processes. - Drive the adoption of industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies to enhance our software delivery capabilities. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. - Conduct thorough security assessments and implement appropriate measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Investigate and resolve complex issues related to CI/CD pipelines, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques and collaborating with stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and optimise the performance, scalability, and reliability of software delivery pipelines. **Requirements: ** - Experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on CI/CD and continuous software delivery. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, utilising tools like Harness, Jenkins, Spinnaker, GCP DevOps, ArgoCD or similar platforms. - Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, including version control, automated testing, deployment strategies, and infrastructure as code. - Extensive knowledge of artefact registries and their integration within CI/CD workflows. - Strong understanding of security and compliance practices within a software delivery environment. - Proficiency in scripting and automation languages, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. - Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive continuous improvement. - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge and guiding team members. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across the organisation We're Lloyds Technology Centre*, a tech and data company located in Hyderabad, India.
