About the Role
As Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the first voice and face clients encounter — and a key piece of what keeps our legal team running smoothly. You'll manage calendars, coordinate with courts and clients, and keep our case files organized, all under the direction of our paralegals and attorneys.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and build genuine relationships with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Schedule client calls and meetings and keep firm calendars accurate and organized
- Send daily correspondence to clients
- Maintain attorneys' calendars and the Firm Master Calendar
- Retrieve and route voicemails, ensuring messages are logged in client files
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare and send legal correspondence as directed by attorneys or paralegals
- Keep client and firm files (paper and electronic) organized and up to date
- Attend court when required
- Set up and manage new client and firm files; copy and scan documents as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
- Prior legal field experience preferred (legal secretary experience a strong plus; receptionist, file clerk, or project assistant experience considered)
- Spanish speaking a plus, not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume client load in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to ethical, zealous, and compassionate client representation
