Position: High School Tutor (Math & Chemistry)
Subjects: Algebra, Geometry, Advanced Math (as needed), and Chemistry
Schedule: Flexible (afternoons and evenings preferred)
Frequency: To be determined based on student
Location: Varies (At student's home or local library)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized instruction in math and chemistry
Identify learning gaps and tailor sessions to improve performance
Use clear explanations and problem-solving strategies to build confidence
Help students understand key concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for tests
Communicate progress and recommendations with parents
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in high school math and chemistry (required)
Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, relatable way
