You’ve closed deals, handled tough borrowers, structured creative solutions, and know how to move files from lead → approval → funding without babysitting.

- Build a strong personal pipeline while growing LBC’s production
- Maintain clean, professional communication and CRM records
- Proven experience closing Hard Money loans (this is mandatory)
- Strong understanding of LTV, ARV, rehab budgets, and investor strategies
- Confidence handling objections and tight timelines
- Ability to manage multiple deals at once without losing momentum
- Professional, polished communication with brokers and clients
- Aggressive commission structure (for real closers only)
- Strong underwriting & processing support
- Fast decisions, direct access to leadership
- Remote position — work from anywhere
