What You'll Do- Work with qualified company-provided leads generated through our marketing and social media campaigns.
- Build relationships with borrowers and understand their financing needs.
- Guide clients through the mortgage and hard money loan process from initial consultation to closing.
- Educate clients on available loan products and financing options.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
- Previous experience originating residential mortgage loans or hard money loans.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and converting opportunities into funded loans.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work full-time from our North Hollywood office.
