What you will do:

● Build and manage strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices,

and institutional investors.

● Identify and engage new investors through strategic outreach, networking, and

partnerships.

● Lead the capital raising process from initial contact to deal closing.

● Create and present compelling investment materials, financial summaries, and

project overviews.

● Collaborate closely with senior management, marketing, and finance teams to align

fundraising goals.

● Represent LBC Capital at industry events, investor meetings, and online platforms

to expand visibility and trust.

Who You Are:

● You have a proven track record in raising private capital (real estate, private equity, or

investment funds).

● You possess a strong investor network and understand how to nurture long-term

partnerships.

● You are confident presenting opportunities and negotiating terms with investors.

● You have solid financial understanding and can explain investment returns clearly.

● You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
