Role Description This full-time, on-site General Manager role is based in Fayetteville, NC. The General Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage (where applicable), ensuring consistent service quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets and financial performance, monitoring revenue targets, controlling costs, and safeguarding assets. The role also involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates, fostering a positive work environment aligned with LBA’s service standards. The General Manager collaborates with corporate leadership, implements brand and company initiatives, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and addresses guest feedback to continuously improve property performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong operations and service skills, with experience overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and overall hotel guest experience.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
