We are an independent contractor for FedEx and are currently hiring motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and being on the road throughout the day.
Our drivers play a critical role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally to residential and commercial customers.
Compensation
- $20–$27 per hour, based on experience
- Guaranteed 8 hours of pay for full-time employees
- Weekly pay and additional performance bonuses

What the Job Really Looks Like
This is not a desk job or a casual driving position. Drivers can expect:
- Physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Frequent entering and exiting of delivery vehicles throughout the day
- Delivering on average 100–200 stops daily depending on route volume
- Handling packages ranging from small envelopes to large boxes up to 150 lbs assisted
- Long days during peak seasons and holidays
- Independent work with weekly performance bonuses tied to safety, efficiency, and customer service

Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles including step vans, cutaways, and cargo vans
- Load, transport, and deliver packages efficiently and accurately
- Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Use handheld scanners and routing technology
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records
- Work safely while meeting daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, move, and carry packages up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically intensive environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to complete a drug screening
