You're Good At
- Reading plans, cut / fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects
- Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs
- Using the latest GPS technology such as rovers etc. to check grade efficiently
- Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings
- Communicating with others including operators and managers
- Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen)
- Providing you with a fleet of modern equipment and the latest technology
- Consistently building the biggest earthmoving projects in town
- Getting our team home to their families every night
