Qualifications
- Expertise in design and project management, with experience leading large, complex infrastructure or transportation projects
- Proficiency in design software and tools; knowledge of CAD, BIM, or related systems is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills for managing multidisciplinary teams and interacting with clients
- Practical understanding of regulatory compliance, permitting processes, and municipal and state transportation standards
- Established track record in problem-solving with attention to detail and innovation
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are advantageous
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related technical field
- Previous experience in airport or public transportation infrastructure projects is highly desirable
