What You'll Do
Review project details the evening before each job
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
Oversee progress and keep everything on track
Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials
You'll Thrive Here If You're
Experienced in construction or project management (roofing, siding, gutters, or windows experience a plus)
A strong communicator and natural leader
Tech-savvy and highly organized
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a single day
Holding a valid driver's license, with a strong work ethic and reliability
