- Get rewarded for great work — earn a $100 bonus for every five-star Google review and a $150 bonus for every video testimonial you collect from a customer
- You're in the driver's seat — real autonomy in how you run your day and your job sites
- Team-first, fast-paced culture — we work hard and win together
- Career growth opportunities — this role is a launchpad, not a ceiling
- Paid training and full support — you're never figuring it out alone

- Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
- Oversee progress and keep everything on track

- Experienced in construction or project management (roofing, siding, gutters, or windows experience a plus)
- A strong communicator and natural leader
- Tech-savvy and highly organized
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a single day
- Holding a valid driver's license, with a strong work ethic and reliability
Compensation & Benefits

- $150 bonus for every video testimonial from a customer
