What You’ll Be Doing
Review project details the evening before each jobCoordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeownersShow up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and deliveryOversee progress and keep everything on trackCommunicate regularly with the office team and customersWrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials
What We’re Looking For
Construction or project management experience (roofing, siding, gutters, windows a plus)Excellent communication and leadership skillsTech-savvy and organizedComfortable managing multiple projects per dayValid driver’s license and a strong work ethic
