We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in the success of our roofing projects. This position is critical in ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.
What You’ll Do:
Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track
Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date
Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
Who You Are:
Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
A team player who’s comfortable collaborating across departments
