LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking an Operating Engineer to support its contract to provide facility operations and maintenance located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring, MD. Monday through Friday / 11:00am-8:00pm shift. Hourly Pay Range: $30-38 per hour.
Qualified candidates must possess and maintain either a DC 2nd, DC 3rd or MD 2nd, MD 1st Engineer License.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC systems, building automation systems and facility maintenance.
Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.
Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
