What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Maintenance Technician position at LAZY E ACQUISITION LLC?
This position requires HVAC knowledge and general building and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipment
- Following all applicable HVAC codes and safety requirements
- Removing old HVAC equipment and assisting with new system installation
- Installing pipe and ductwork as needed
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Interpreting technical data, including pressure and temperature charts
- Performing routine maintenance around the property
- Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
- Performing basic carpentry and general building repairs
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good driving record and ability to be added to the company’s auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
