We are seeking an energetic and friendly Weekend Host $10/hr plus tips and Thursday Server $7/hr plus tips, to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest experience
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and addressing special requests with professionalism
- Handle phone communication with clarity and courtesy.
- Maintain organized table settings and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout service hours
- Support food service staff by coordinating guest needs, managing wait times, and facilitating smooth table turnover
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations during all interactions with guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess/server or in food service is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Experience managing restaurant reservations and familiarity with restaurant table management systems
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Square Up platforms for order processing and billing
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing guest checks
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work weekend brunch and Thursday morning in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety protocols and hospitality best practices
