We bring the leads—you bring the energy, discipline, and sales firepower to close the deals. What You’ll Be Doing:✅ No cold calling – Every call is pre-scheduled in your calendar.✅ Zoom consultations (45 min each) – You’ll meet with real estate agents, walk them through our process, and sell them into higher lead packages.✅ Follow-ups – If an agent no-shows, it’s your job to follow up and get them back on the calendar.✅ Hit your numbers – We expect 8 calls per day, a 60% show rate, and a 60% close rate (3-4 deals per day). Who We’re Looking For:Full-time closers only – This is NOT a side hustle. If you’re not willing to commit 100%, this isn’t for you.Coachable & hungry – You’ll get all the training, scripts, and support you need.
