Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our quick-service/take-out restaurant. The Manager is responsible for implementing effective processes, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and a focus on customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will help drive efficiency, profitability, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staffing
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train employees
Supervise, mentor, and develop team members
Create and manage staff schedules
Step in to cover shifts when needed
Operations & Performance
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
Manage inventory, ordering, and training programs
Set and support strategic and operational objectives
Take full accountability for store performance
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all operations remain legally compliant
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and food safety
Customer Service & Growth
