Lazurite is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) to support sales growth and clinical success for ArthroFree®, the first FDA-cleared wireless camera for minimally invasive surgery.
This is a hybrid clinical, sales, and technical role, ideal for someone who is confident in the OR, comfortable with technology, and enjoys hands-on involvement with system setup, education, and clinical support — with most travel occurring locally in the Cleveland area.
What you’ll do:
• Partner with the sales team to plan and execute clinical evaluations that drive product adoption
• Provide hands-on clinical and technical support before, during, and after procedures
• Assist with installation, setup, and troubleshooting of the ArthroFree® camera system
• Deliver in-service training and product education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales partners
• Support case coverage and ensure optimal system performance
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key stakeholders
• Represent Lazurite at select medical conferences and industry events
Travel expectations:
• Frequent local travel to customer sites in the Cleveland area
• Primarily same-day, driving-based travel
• Out-of-state or flight travel is limited and not a regular requirement
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of operating room experience (Surgical Technologist or RN)
• Experience supporting minimally invasive procedures (arthroscopic and/or laparoscopic)
• Comfort with medical device technology, including system setup and basic technical troubleshooting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
