Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Account Executive, based in Reno, NV. The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue growth by building and strengthening relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating tailored marketing campaigns using Lazer Media’s diverse portfolio of radio, digital, and experiential solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, maintaining client accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting or exceeding set sales targets. The role involves active participation in client presentations, market research, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development, preferably in multimedia or advertising industries
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media strategies, and other integrated marketing solutions
- Knowledge of or experience working with Hispanic markets is highly valued
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
