Lazer Express is seeking EXPERIENCED CLASS A CDL DRIVERS, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. This a local on site position as a Yard Jockey Driver! We are looking for a dependable, professional, Class A CDL driver to provide excellent service to our customer's while keeping all safety procedures at the highest priority. Must have no accidents and be an expert with backing up and following all safety DOT regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Move trailers, safely and efficiently, to support warehouse and distribution needs by placing and pulling trailers between dock doors
- Professionally interface with customers, suppliers and on-site vendor employees in a professional manner
- Confidently manage “traffic” on the property to ensure the correct asset is at the correct dock at the correct time
- Quickly assess the status of logistics processes and systems
- Follow verbal instructions
Requirements:
- Experience as a yard jockey or spotter is preferred. OTR drivers are great candidates and transition to Spotting with a high success.
- Ability to step up into trailers from the ground level, sit for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to operate in extreme heat and cold depending on elements
- Possess strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
- Must have a Class A CDL License
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and all DOT requirements.
- Driving/Background record with no violations.
