What You'll Do
As a Valet Attendant, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Open vehicle and facility doors for arriving and departing guests
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
- Provide directions, information, and outstanding customer service
- Create memorable interactions that reflect the hotel's service standards
Vehicle Operations
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Issue and manage valet tickets accurately
- Handle guest vehicles with care and professionalism
- Maintain organized traffic flow and vehicle staging areas
- Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with hotel and hospitality teams
- Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
- Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
- Represent the LAZ brand with professionalism and energy

Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service mindset
Preferred
- Previous hospitality, valet, hotel, restaurant, or guest service experience
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
No valet experience? No problem. We can train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong customer-service skills.
Physical Requirements
This is an active role requiring the ability to:
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, and move frequently throughout your shift
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, rain, snow, and mountain temperatures
